A commission of one-half the prevailing rate will be charged on claims settled by the return of merchandise or as a result of our investigation it is determined the claim was previously paid. Interest is retained by agency unless otherwise arranged. Files canceled-withdrawn are subject to a fee equal to the prevailing rate.
